Heritage Homes of Petaluma House Tour page

Each year Heritage Homes of Petaluma presents historic house tours to benefit the preservation work of our non-profit organization. These fund raising tours help Heritage Homes educate the community about the importance of preserving Petaluma's unique architectural treasures for future generations to enjoy.

In addition, Heritage Homes has established a "Revolving Preservation Fund" which will one day help Heritage Homes purchase at-risk historic properties, stabilize them and then sell them to preservation minded individuals. All proceeds after the sale would be placed back into the Revolving Preservation Fund allowing it to grow and ultimately enable Heritage Homes to save even more historic properties in Petaluma.

Heritage Homes holds a "Biennial House Tour" every other year, a "Holiday Lighted Parlour Tour" every year and a "Halloween Historic House Tour" every other year. Our relatively new "Halloween Historic House Tour" was created as a special fund raising tour for our "Revolving Preservation Fund".
